Building Managers

The Building Managers, Philip and Amanda Martin, live on site and are available during normal business hours Monday to Friday and at specific times on the weekend for any building-related enquiries.

Their office is located on the ground floor near the entrance and they can also be contacted by phone on (07) 5536 9144 or, in emergencies, on 0403 951 121. Please note that non-emergency callouts out of hours (eg: being locked out because of a forgotten key) may incur a fee.

Tourist Attractions

In the building foyer there is a large collection of pamphlets and brochures for tourist attractions in the Rainbow Bay area and further afield on the Gold Coast and in Northern New South Wales.

TV Services

The apartment has a smart TV, allowing access to free-to-air television and streaming services (account required), as well as a DVD player. Program guides are available in local newspapers, as well as through electronic program guide apps.

In addition to the major international streaming services, such as Netflix and Disney, the Freeview app streams content from all major free-to-air channels. For further details, see the entertainment page.

Appliances Instruction Manuals

The apartment is equipped with modern, quality appliances that should be trouble-free. However, if something should go wrong, printed copies of the appliance instruction manuals are available in the apartment. Additionally, full copies are also available online here.
